Our Inspections

Our standard home inspection report will cover the condition of the home’s heating system; central air conditioning system (temperature permitting); interior plumbing and electrical systems; the roof, attic and visible insulation; walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors; the foundation, basement and structural components. 

Drone Property Inspections

With our premium drone inspection, which captures 4k video and pictures, no roof is inaccessible.

Current Technology

All inspection reports are produced using state of the art software along with digital photos and HD video, allowing for detailed and an easy to follow report. Most reports can be generated and instantly emailed in a digital format onsite.

Inspector / Owner, Jerry Wolfe was born and raised in the A-K Valley, just north of Pittsburgh, PA. He worked throughout the local area as a 3rd generation home improvement contractor for his familys construction company, Conforti Construction.
